Light and crisp, with a hint of tartness - that's how I've been having my breakfast. I've always wondered how some people can go without having something to eat at the start of a day, because I can't seem to do the same.
Food is a must for me in the mornings, regardless of whether I've overslept, am late, or am just too damn groggy to fix something decent. Skipping brekkie has its consequences, like:
1) Me magically turning into Grumpy Cat
Miss my morning meal and I am moody as hell. Steer clear, people.
My day has NOT gotten off on a good start.
2) The inevitable stomach growl.
This is the most disruptive consequence of all, especially if you're in a meeting / in the office / in a really quiet class - one churn of the stomach and EVERYONE freaking turns around.
So what do I do? I look around innocently.
"Nope, it wasn't me!" *cringe*
And of course, who can forget that passing on breakfast 3) Eventually makes you stupid.
From what I've been told, people who eat something in the AM are smarter than those who miss it. (Can someone verify this please??) So, cut breakfast = cuts to your intelligence.

What about you? Are you a breakfast person, or can you go without it?
