Lately I've been watching episodes of The Carrie Diaries (--I'm kinda late on the bandwagon, I know), which is a prequel to the Sex and the City series that shows how Carrie Bradshaw became Carrie Bradshaw. The plot in itself is a tad cheesy and predictable, but it's filled with plenty of 'awww' moments and is a feel good TV series that makes rough days a little more bearable :) Consider me hooked! I pretty much went through the entire Season One in two days.
I never really fancied Anna Sophia-Robb when she first appeared on the circuit, but seeing her on the show may have converted me. I am now a big fan. Here's three of my favourite moments from the book / series:
1. “If a woman could take care of herself, would she still need a man? Would she even want one?
And if she didn't want a man, what kind of woman would she be?
Would she even be a woman?
Because it seemed if you were a woman, the only thing you were really supposed to want was a man.”

Also, I'd pick Adam Weaver over Sebastian Kydd any day.
